Refund & Return Policy

At Mittal Tea House, we want you to love every sip of tea you buy from us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns 

  • Returns are accepted only in case of a wrong, damaged, or defective item.

  • Replacement will be provided — refund is not offered once the product is delivered.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of tea and food products, opened packs cannot be returned.


2. Refunds

  • If your parcel does not get delivered, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method in 7 days Once a product is delivered successfully to your address, only replacement is allowed, no refund.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges / Replacement

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, you can request a replacement.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with supporting evidence (photos/videos).

  • Replacement will be processed after verification. exchange and replacements will be delivered within 5-7 business days


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened tea packs

  • Perishable food products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
